Melacoustic Aerogel

Melacoustic Foam with aerogel is structured with a silica aerogel embedded in a melamine matrix, featuring a porosity rate exceeding 99%. By further extending the thermal conductivity path, it exhibits excellent thermal insulation properties. The unique spatial structure of aerogel effectively impedes the spread of heat through convection, radiation, and conduction. Additionally, the melamine substrate possesses stable physical and chemical properties, enabling it to maintain its thermal insulation characteristics continuously in various environments over the long term. With its inherent flame retardancy and excellent secondary processing capability, the material can be applied in various forms for thermal insulation purposes in fields such as energy storage, mechanical equipment, rail transportation, new energy, construction, and household appliances.
